Keller Williams Bodrum: From event recaps to 899K views
The challenge
Keller Williams Bodrum's Instagram was built around event recaps: branded, templated posts of trainings and celebrations. They looked consistent, but they spoke about the company rather than to anyone. Reels were averaging around 2,300 views.
The insightPeople don't stop scrolling for an event. They stop for something they recognise from their own lives. And a real estate office has plenty of that: the age gap between colleagues, working with Gen Z, the energy at 5:45pm when the day ends at 6.
The approachI shifted the content from company-centric to people-centric. I built a relatable, office-humour Reel series starring the team itself, with a handwritten text hook on every video to stop the scroll in the first second. Every idea started with one question: would someone outside the office recognise this moment?
The results
My first video reached 899K views, roughly 390x the account's previous Reel average.
The series went on to consistently reach 10K–14K views per video, around 5x the previous average.
What I learned
A viral moment is a spark, not a strategy. What mattered more was what came after: building a format the team could repeat, so that 12K views became the new normal rather than a lucky one-off.
